We have had 1 confirmed case of chicken pox and 1 confirmed case of hand foot and mouth. If your child has blister like spots over the body or on hands and feet, also ulcers on the mouth, please do not bring your child to school until they are getting no more spots, they are all scabbed over and dried and starting to shrink and go.

Baking soda is great in the bath to reduce itching and help to dry up spots. Please do not use ibrufen or ibrupofen as it can make symptoms worse. Stick to paracetomol or calpol etc to help with a temperature. And keep hydrated xx
